MMG RWA Conclave and Federation Launch

The MMG RWA Conclave on 16th March, 2024, was the first-ever meet to educate RWAs on the HRRS Act, exploring the vision for Gurugram. Topics included the formation of RWAs, drafting bylaws, defining roles of the governing and general bodies, conflict resolution, and financial management for accountability. Dr. Naresh Banger, MCG Commissioner, was invited as the Chief Guest, addressing the role of MCG to make a better city. MCG versus RWAs functioning in plotted colonies and showcasing successful role models in VAS (Value Added Service) was also a part of the discussion.

About Plotted Colonies

This half day workshop was designed keeping in mind the challenges faced by RWAs of high rise, plotted colonies. Four sessions were planned for this workshop, beginning with the key points relevant to the RWAs Message from the Haryana Apartment owners act and the HRRS act 2012. The sessions were conducted by seasoned RWA members talking from their own experiences as RWA Governing Body members.
