Prabhat Bhardwaj, a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, is an esteemed professional with over two decades of experience in Industrial Health & Safety, Social Compliance, and Corporate Social Responsibility within the global apparel and footwear supply chain. His leadership in these domains showcases a profound understanding of textiles, risk management, and organizational growth, making him a valued asset in supply chain resilience. Prabhat’s career highlights include strong capabilities in business development, marketing strategy, and a robust financial acumen.
As President of Central Park II on Sohna Road, he has been instrumental in enhancing resident welfare, advocating for high standards of safety and structure. In his role with Making Model Gurgaon, Prabhat has led key community initiatives, including comprehensive structural audits for housing societies to ensure safety and stability. His leadership in forming a mediation group has furthered collaborative problem-solving, fostering a cohesive and engaged community. Prabhat’s commitment to sustainable urban development and community-driven solutions underscores his role as a cornerstone of Making Model Gurgaon’s vision for a progressive, well-rounded city.
Ashwani Duggal

Ashwani Duggal serves as the General Secretary of South City 1 Township, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. With a background in managing and delivering learning solutions, he has built a reputation as an organized and detail-oriented leader. Ashwani’s pragmatic approach and meticulous attention to operational processes have enabled him to successfully roll out initiatives across diverse regions, including West Africa and the Middle East. Neehar Ranjan

An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IMT, Ghaziabad, Neehar is an astute professional with over 27 years of cross-cultural experience across 34 countries in the diverse areas of Program/ Project Management, implementing highly complex solutions.
He has led many business process transformations and Software (Product) Development and Deployment with reputed organisations.
Headed Public Sector Delivery at Microsoft India, headed CRM delivery for Microsoft Global , Managed Latam and ME for Finacle Delivery at Infosys.
On the community front, Neehar was Vice President – Marketing and Outreach for Project Management Institute North India Chapter. Currently Volunteering as Mentor – Next Generation Incubation Scheme for Software Technology Park of India (https://ngis.stpi.in/mentor-pools/).
Also Neehar is current President of Astaire Gardens Owners Association

Rohit is also a National level basketball player, showcasing his skills in both on and off the court. He is deeply committed to the developmental issues being faced in gurgaon, actively working to address challenges such as road works and other infrastructural improvements.
