Our Journey

The Gurgaon Action Plan initially focused on pressing needs—such as grievance redressal, waste management, C&D waste handling, road safety, public transportation, and water resource planning. Building on these efforts, Making Model Gurugram emerged as a collaborative platform uniting government, RWAs, and community leaders to foster sustainable and inclusive urban development. This new framework emphasizes proactive governance, citizen engagement, green initiatives, decentralized waste management, and infrastructure improvements, paving the way for Gurgaon as a model city of growth and quality living.
