SEWOCON – 2022

The SEWOCON – Seminar, Workshop, and Conclave was organized by MMG on 29th April, 2022, to empower RWAs by raising awareness of their legal rights, duties, and responsibilities. It provided a platform for open discussions on key governance challenges faced by RWAs, such as registration, project handovers, and structural audits. Through expert-led sessions, SEWOCON clarified provisions of the Haryana Apartment Ownership Act, 1983, Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012, and Real Estate (Regulation and Development Act), 2016, facilitating informed dialogue among residents, developers, and the MCG. This engagement encouraged policy standardization and strengthened the framework for effective community governance.
